Items will ship within 1-3 business days and typically take 7-10 business days to arrive unless an express shipment method is selected at checkout.

CANADA:
$10 CAD - UPS Standard
$19 CAD - express delivery

USA:
$8 USD - regular post
$15 USD - express delivery

INTERNATIONAL
$25 USD Flat rate

CANADA: Orders ship with UPS and Purolator.

USA + International: Orders ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Whenever tracking is available, it will be noted on your shipment notification email.

If an item is sent via regular postal mail, your tracking number will say LETTERMAIL.

Expedited shipping is available, please select from the options available at checkout.

We do hope you enjoy your purchase - if there is an issue with your item don't hesitate to get in touch within 28 days of placing your order and we'll work out what we can do to make it right.

As we are a small independent studio, all sales are final. Exchanges are available, with shipping costs at the customer's expense. We do replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like to ensure that your order will arrive by post before December 24, do place your order no later than December 10, 2024.

We are all at the mercy of the postal system and the closer we get to this date, the more opportunity for delays exist.
